The service

Callout provides an AI-powered phone answering and booking service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee every call will be answered or every booking correctly placed; you remain responsible for confirming jobs with your customers.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance plus a one-off setup fee. Voice minutes beyond your allowance are billed at your plan's overage rate. You can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period.

The pilot

The £49 30-day pilot is fully refundable if Callout books no jobs for your business during the pilot period.

Data

You are the controller of your callers' personal data; we process it on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement.
