What if I change my mind?
Email us and we refund the £25 in full, any time before launch. No forms, no argument.
When does it actually launch?
We're onboarding our first trades within weeks, not months. Founding members go live first and we'll keep you posted at every step — no radio silence.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and set it to divert calls you don't answer. If you pick up, nothing happens. Takes two minutes to set up and you can undo it any time.
Will my customers know it's an AI?
Most don't notice. It uses a natural British voice, your business name, and your prices. It tells callers the line may be recorded, as the law requires — but it never pretends to be something it isn't if asked directly.
What if it books a job I can't do?
You tell it your postcodes, your hours, and which jobs you take. It turns down anything outside that — politely, and you still see the call in your dashboard.
