Keep your number, divert the calls you miss
Nothing about your business changes. You set 'divert when busy or unanswered' on your existing phone — every network supports it, and we walk you through it in two minutes during setup. If you answer, nothing happens. If you can't, Callout picks up on the second ring.

The AI answers as your business
It greets callers with your business name in a warm, natural British voice. It tells them the call may be recorded, then gets to work: name, postcode, what's gone wrong, how urgent. If someone mentions a gas leak, burning smell or electrocution risk, it tells them to call 999 first — always.

It checks your real diary
Callout connects to Google Calendar, ServiceM8 or Jobber. It only offers slots you actually have free, quotes your standard call-out fee, and offers today (with your emergency surcharge) or the next standard slot.

The job gets booked, everyone gets told
The booking is written into your diary. The customer gets an SMS confirmation within 60 seconds. You get a WhatsApp job ticket: who, where, what, when, and how urgent. The full recording and transcript are in your dashboard whenever you want them.
